Privacy policy

Colson Tracker is a private family baby-tracking tool. We collect only what we need to run the app: your Google account email + name (for sign-in), the events you log (feeds, sleeps, diapers, growth, etc.), and — if you choose to connect Google Calendar — the calendar events you opt in to sync.

All data is stored on managed Postgres at Neon (US region) and accessed only by the caregivers in your family. We do not sell or share your data. We do not run analytics or third-party trackers on the app surface.

Authentication tokens (including Google Calendar OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Push subscription endpoints are stored only to deliver feed-prediction notifications you opted into.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email casey.richard.hill@gmail.com and we will remove your records within 30 days.
